Did you know that? Your thoughts produce an energy field around you, and that energy field attracts similar energy. For example, when I worry about something and imagine all the worst-case scenarios, those scenarios—or something similar—often show up in my life. I’m actually creating the very things I fear. How wild is that?
So, the question is: “What are you thinking?” Or more precisely: “What kind of life are you creating with your thoughts?“
If you’re happy with your life, that’s great! But if you’re not, and you’re ready for a change, keep reading.
My Journey to Change
I wasn’t happy with my life either. I wondered: What would happen if I started applying this knowledge? I decided to experiment by focusing on my past anxiety.
At first, I simply tried to stop my worrisome thoughts about what might go wrong. Instead, I focused on what I wanted to happen. The results were incredible. Not only did the bad things I feared not happen, but my anxiety and stress plummeted. I felt happier, calmer, and surprisingly confident.
This wasn’t an overnight change. It took time to build the habit of redirecting my thoughts. As I became more aware of my “what if” worries, I replaced them with positive possibilities. And you know what I found? Those positive thoughts started becoming real!
“Could it be true? Do we really have the power to create and control our lives? Or was this just a coincidence?”
The more I practiced, the more convinced I became. I realized, I didn’t have to be a victim of my circumstances anymore—I could be the creator of my life.
The Result: Calm Confidence
My anxiety? …..Gone!
Yes, gone. That’s why I now call it “past anxiety.” I feel calm and confident in my life. When anxious thoughts pop up, I ‘stop’ them and ask myself, What do I want instead? Then I imagine that outcome, experiencing the emotions as if it has already happened.
By focusing my mind on what I want and feeling the joy of having it, my anxiety fades away.
How to Become the Creator of Your Life
The key is Mindfulness and Self-Hypnosis.
Mindful self-hypnosis is a simple process of focusing your thoughts while in a relaxed state. This raises your vibration (energy field) and helps you concentrate on what you want and how it makes you feel. The combination of imagination and emotion is powerful creation energy.
Here’s how to start:
Stop the Negative Thoughts As soon as you notice worry or negativity creeping in, say “STOP.”
Ask Yourself What You Want Get clear about your desired outcome. Name It
Breathe Take a few deep core breaths to calm your mind and center yourself. Then just become aware of your breath. Breathing naturally.
Visualize Imagine, picture, pretend- your desired outcome vividly. See it in your mind’s eye as if it’s happening right now.
Feel It What emotions would you feel if your desired outcome became real? Feel those emotions deeply. Ask yourself, what would this feel like?
Be in the Moment Spend time enjoying the feeling of your new outcome. Doesn’t it feel amazing?
Believe in Your Power Trust that you can create this outcome.
Repeat these steps as often as needed until the belief becomes second nature.
Mindful Self-Hypnosis Works for Everything
This isn’t just for anxiety—it works for any goal. Whether it’s managing chronic pain, losing weight, quitting smoking, sleeping better, or achieving a personal milestone, mindful self-hypnosis can help. The process may vary slightly depending on your goal, but the core principles of imagination and emotion remain the same.
So, what do you have to lose? You could keep spinning in worry and “what if” thoughts, or you could stop and start creating the life you truly want. The choice is yours.
