Hypnotherapy (Hypnosis) Sessions
Hypnotherapy (often referred to as hypnosis) is a gentle, focused process that works with your subconscious mind — the part responsible for habits, emotional patterns, and automatic responses. I use a client-centered, solution-focused approach. Before we begin hypnosis, we clarify the outcome you want. From there, we guide your subconscious mind toward new patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that support your desired results.
Sessions may include:

- Direct and indirect suggestion
- Mindfulness Techniques
- Nervous system calming strategies

REIKI MEDITATION SESSIONS
Reiki (ray-key) is a gentle yet powerful system of energy-based healing and spiritual growth developed in Japan in the early 1920s.
Reiki works with the body’s natural energy system to restore balance and harmony. Through light touch or distance energy work, Reiki promotes:
